The kids will love it - a special place where you, your friends and the whole family can stay, and properly conquer Baldwin Street! Breathtaking panoramic views to be enjoyed from two gorgeous decks overlooking the lush and green surrounding valley. This fully furnished home has four bedrooms (two with private en-suites), a fully equipped kitchen and kitchenette downstairs.

 

Outdoors, there is seating on a large deck overlooking the entire valley from the top of the steepest street in the world. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine. This house is drenched in sunshine more than anywhere else in Dunedin due to its position on the hill.

The kids will smile ear to ear (adults too) - This unique experience cannot be found anywhere else in the whole wide world :)

Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is at 10am All check-ins and check-outs are private for your convenience.

The North East Valley suburb in Dunedin is known for its great sense of community. The locals are friendly and helpful. A lot of students from the University of Otago live in 'The Valley' so there is a young, fun vibe to the area.
Baldwin St is unique. It's lots of fun and there are always people from all around our beautiful planet climbing up and down the worlds steepest street!

 

 

Getting Around

 

Easy flat walk into the City Centre or take bus number 9 which runs every 15 minutes Mon-Fri until 11:30 at night.

Dunedin Botanical Gardens, University and Stadium are close by within walking distance and only few minutes drive.
